Terms and conditions.

  • This contract applies to both you (Customer) and me (Seller) throughout the commission. By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ı. Artworks

  1. All rights to the artwork belong exclusively to the seller;

  1. The seller won't take requests featuring:

  • NSFW content

  • Gruesome, or really violent content

  1. The seller won't take requests that require them to:

  • Redraw any AI-generated image

  • Draw OCs without the owner's consent

  • Redraw images without the author's consent

  • Draw in art styles different than the ones presented on this website

ıı. Artwork usage

General use

  1. Artworks are digital and are delivered digitally through:

  • E-mail or Dropbox (Depending on the artwork's size);

  • Any other method mutually agreed by both the customer and the seller;

  1. The seller is not responsible for the loss of the artwork after the delivery is completed (After the files were sent to the customer). The customer may however ask the seller if the files are still available for another delivery;

  1. The seller must be credited when the artwork is used;

Commercial use

  1. The artwork received by the customer is for personal use. The artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes without a commercial license;

  1. The commercial use covers the use of the artwork in the production of paid advertisement, physical or digital goods;

  1. The artwork is not to be resold under any circumstances;

Miscellaneous use

  1. The artwork is not to be used in NFTs, cryptocurrency, or any related future inventions;

  1. The artwork is not to be used in AI-related technology (Such as submitting it for datasets), or any related future inventions.

ııı. Payment

  1. Payment is done through PayPal invoices;

  1. The payment shall be done in USD (US Dollars) or EUR (Euros). It is the customer's responsibility to bear any currency conversion costs;

  1. The option of paying half upfront is available, where the other half is paid after the customer accepts the sketch;

  1. Work will start upon the payment of the first half (Or upon the full payment). Payment is considered completed when the invoice's total price is paid.

ıv. Revisions

  1. The seller delivers up to three (3) free revisions during sketching. Any more revisions will increase the price of the artwork;

  1. After finishing the artwork, the may seller deliver any reasonable amount of minor edits that won't take more than a half an hour (30 min) of work;

  1. Major edits, or element additions, will increase the price of the artwork.

v. Refunds

  1. Refunds can be imposed if no progress is made on the artwork for longer than two weeks;

  1. This excludes work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work;

  1. The seller is not responsible for refunds when a design is acquired through illegal purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to be sure that the sale is legitimate.

vı. Cancellations

  1. The seller is able to refuse, cancel; and refund the customer's commission for any reasons;

  1. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order;

  1. The customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed;

  1. The seller will have the full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future.
